We are the data controller for personal information collected through squareapple.co.uk and our mobile applications available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject line, and message content. We do not collect any other personal data beyond what you voluntarily provide.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or any other commercial purpose.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) — specifically, to respond to enquiries from prospective and existing clients.
5. Data Processors & Third Parties
Your submitted contact data is processed by the following third-party services:
- Resend — used to transmit contact form submissions to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — used internally to receive and manage enquiries.
- Netlify — our hosting provider. Netlify operates under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and provides appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
We do not share your data with any other third parties.
6. Mobile Applications
Our applications are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect technical diagnostic data (such as crash reports) through their built-in services, governed by Apple's and Google's own privacy policies respectively. We do not collect any personal data through our mobile applications beyond what those platform services provide as standard app analytics. 7. Location Data
We do not collect, store, process, or share your location data through our website or mobile applications. Location services are never requested or used by Square Apple.
8. Cookies

9. Data Retention
Contact form enquiries are retained for a maximum of 24 months, after which they are permanently deleted.
